    BCM 4X16 Module

    Im having trouble getting the bcm to see the trunk portion of the 4x16 module.Ive taken it out and reset the dipswitches,enabled and disabled bus 1 and 2.My station portion is working just fine..Any clues????? Thanks Mike

    i2050 softphone on bcm200

    Im tring to set up several softphones on the bcm 200.I can connect,but only 1 soft phone at a time any clues????? The bcm shows the configuration of all the softphones and when I try to connect with more than 1 phone,the phone says no ports available.Do I need to get a differant key code?Thanks

    BCM 200 beginner

    Help....Ive just started working on the bcm 200 and Im lost.Ive worked with other pbx's but this is a different animal.I have the manuel but it doesnt make much sence.I have a 4x16 media moduel and I cannot get the co lines (which are loop start) to work..Thanks for any help
