Batch File Needed
Does anyone have a batch file that will delete the spooling file on the master terminal, move the .spl files over to EDC on the server and rename them to .req? This would save a ton of time. Thanks.- GeekaBoo

End of day runs early in redundancy mode
Whenever we have to put one of our locations in redundancy mode, end of day runs at 10:00 PM regardless of the time set in events.cfg & aloha.ini. We noticed that an extra file, events001.cfg is generated on every terminal. Even after deleting all of these files, end of day runs at 10:00 PM...- GeekaBoo

Credit Card Transactions Disappearing
Occasionally, credit card transactions disappear off the system. The server will go in to add their tip, and the transaction will be gone. It's not spooling on a terminal or showing up in EDC. However, when we run it through again, the customer ends up getting charged twice. Anybody have any...- GeekaBoo
