    Transfer from console to ACD number (AMNO)

    I am unable to get calls to transfer from the attendant console to an ACD queue. The call just goes to open ringing. Does anyone know how to fix the issue? Thanks!

    2400 IMX caller id on rollover while on prime line

    Does any one know if the feature is available to have the caller id show up for your rollover line while you are on your prime line? I did not see the feature available in the 2400 IMX Feature Programming Manual. Also, is there a way to store the caller id on the phone? Thanks for any assistance!
