    Using Word as your e-mail editor with Outlook 98

    Hello again, Can anyone explain why it is so difficult for an Outlook 98 client to use Word as it's e-mail editor? It seems to virtually lock the PC with the Winword process running at 75% upwards in Task Manager. OS - XP PRO & NT4 All the best Johnny

    Print job size increases when spooling

    Folks, A Windows NT4 workstation is having difficulty printing basic word documents. When a job is sent to the printer it seems to quadruple in size when spooling. I've checked the drivers and even printed the documents to another PC without any errors. Deleted/recreated the printers etc.etc...
