I've been given the job of providing T-1 loop information and corresponding Circuit IDs .
Including routes. I've traced the T1-spans cables from the CSU to the PBX.
I've ID the loops & circuits , my question is :
How do I know which loop is on which route ?

I've programmed a DSP key on a 2616 phone set
with TDD CNDA DNDA in CLS
testing it by calling my number (dialed NPA-NXX-XXXX)
place it on hold - call back- press the DSP key -
it shows the number but so quickly -
I cant figure out who is calling.
This feature works perfectly with our 2216...
we are getting a upgrade to call pilot yahoo :)
Is there a way to save the recorded voice messages
for ACD & CDN etc. in voice mail to a file ?
So we can re-record in call pilot ?
any suggestions

I have an Tie line between two sites used Avaya & opt 61
It was working for the longest time but recently
We had a issue with outbound dialing .
I chg the rli route to local T1
and it works fine but if I chg it back
and try to dial AC2 1+234+XXXX I get a fast busy .
Please help ..I will...
Does anyone know why Duplicated names would show up on
a agent performance report ..
running symposium call center server version 4.1.07 ...
This happened one day 1.2.09 - yesterday-todays reports are fine ?

When i try to add voice mail box 5133 -I get the following error ....The specified number can not be used by mail box prefix 513326 at Taft 1 . I can't find 513326 in switch and or find what the error means . any suggestions?

2216 phone set & The Plantronics CS55 wireless headset
We are having probelms with this set up .
1. trying to answer key 0 ACD it logs agent off
2. able to answer line 3 with CLS IRA OLA LPK 5
by pressing twice
any sugestions how i get this combo to work ?

if all agents are busy should it go to MOH and wait for next avail. agent then direct call to queue ?

This should give you the offending trunk channel and set.
You then should disable the offending channel and re-enable it and it should clear...
