    HP Deskjet 3320

    I have an HP Deskjet 3320 that won't print black. There is plenty of ink in the cartridge and it comes out when I test it. I just bought a refill kit, thinking maybe it would solve the problem but it didn't. I think it may be the jet itself- is there an easy way to clean it? Or any suggestions...
