Only the first 4 DSP ports (40 total) will answer. 5th active channel gets no answer. Reboot does fix the problem. Once one of the 4 is avaiable a new call will be answered.

Just upgraded to CP 5.0 and there is a noticeable delay once I click login from web access. Once the main page comes up everything is normal. Anyone addressed this issue. Vendor mentioned something about possible security changes causing it to be slower.

Does the PRI choice not show up if PRI enabler has not been keyed in. PRI enabler was ordered serveral years back but only implemented DTI. Now we need to go to PRI and I wan to make sure it is just a matter of programming change.

I just noticed my display going away on all 3 sets when I conferenced inhouse. If I hang up 1 set
(drops the conference) my displays come back. The time log stays. I have never noticed this before but rarely conference. Is this normal? Design intent you know.

It seems at one time I found some information for our network guys about what ports needed to be open on the network for the Symposium client to access the Symposium server. I can’t find anything now. Anyone have any Ideas where I can get this info?

Password change was set for 180 days. This came up fine, however other than a message telling the users that their password would expire on a specific date, nothing happens. Have I missed activating something to force a user to change their password or what?
