BCM200 Ver 4.0.2.03 There are no hunt groups in place (I think we need to go to that.) This just started happening a few weeks ago. Incoming lines will ring but some lines and set you have to press the button to answer and the set is not actually ringing.
I have a BCM200 version 3.7 with no patches applied. Where can I get these software patches? I checked on notel's site and they are not available anymore. I don't have a reseller. Out in the middle of nowhere (Kansas)

When I use the BCM Monitor tool I see lines that have been connected for days. I go out to the d-mark and test the lines and they have dial tone. What I do to fix this is reset the BCM.
I don't like doing that during buisness hours.....
