    rangecheck error?

    i'm having a problem with some users sending to an HP design jet 5000ps. for some reason their prints spool with no problems yet once it plots it will always cut the plot off about 3/4 of the way through, then sends out a blank plot the size of the sheet that was sent with an error reading...
