Is it possible to transfer to an external number from a touch-tone in an Auto Attendant? I can't seem to find out how (short of call forwarding an extension and transfering to that from the Auto Attendant touch-tone). Is this basic feature missing, or am I missing something?!

CCC Reporter - how to NOT show specific extensions?
All extension with any data seem to appear in Agent Detail. Is there any way to stop this from happening? I'd like to select certain people to not appear in the reports. Any settings in Manager that would exclude these users?
