    Equinox

    I have equinox set up on a customer PC, it is working but I am getting a contact error. This is server edition (The cloud). I set it up using http://ipaddrs/46xxsettings.txt. I am using port 5061 TLS. Not sure if it needs to be UDP?

    VM PRO

    Just upgraded a server edition to REL 11. Now they are have problems with VM Pro, when users check messages the messages are cutting in and out. I pulled the wav file off the system and it sounds fine. The VM was fine till the upgrade.

    I have a IP office server edition. What I am looking to do is add the Primary sip lines to the Secondary and Secondary sip lines to the Primary. Can I just copy and paste them and change the line ID? If I can do I need to do anything else?

    As far as I know everything is config right. It my 1ST 8400 and SIPSI and the SIPSI will not talk . It keeps telling me no board inserted Can anybody help
