Can anyone tell me what the patch number is for BCM 400's who have Jave 6.0? I know there is a patch but I can't find it on the Nortel site. Customer wants to keep Java 6.0 for use with other applications. Thanx in advance.

Anybody know what Event 703 on a BCM means? Right b4 this alarm, the customer had no incoming or outgoing....I have an alarm and event list I got from a 3.6 CD and there is no 700 numbers on the list. Problem solved itself, but am still curious. Thanx ahead of time.

Have found out thru experience that Java 6.0 won't let you see the submenu's when looking at the BCM's (both the 400 and 50) menus, going thru the network. Anybody know if Nortel has put out a patch for this? The Nortel's site is too hard to search for something like this. Does Nortel even know...

Hi people, I have an ICS with 4.0 s/w. 9 is a dest. code on 2 PRI T1's. The problem is when I try to forward to an outside number I hit the forward button then 9 and I get an "invalid number" error message. anybody know why? Thanx ahead of time.
