I tried suppressing the page footer but it doesn't help. Also the "New page before" is not checked for the report footer in the section expert. If somehow, I can get the Total Fields in the Page Footer Section, it will solve my problem. Thanks for the help anyways.
I'm using Crystal 10 and Oracle 8.5. I want to display Summary Total Fields in Page Footer Instead of Report Footer which it doesn't let me do. The reason I want to do this is 'cos then it displays the whole Report in one page, otherwise it goes to second page to display the Report Footer and...
This is what we have to do. We have to open a cursor which holds the result set from the procedure and pass this cursor to Crystal. This has worked in the past for other Stored Procedures that I've created. The problem seems to be somewhere else.
I am using CR 8.5 and Oracle 8. My Report is based on a stored procedure and it doesn't get the fields when I try to create it. Earlier, I've created many Reports based on Stored Procedures and they all work fine. Can't figure out the problem.Any Help is highly appreciated.

I am using CR 8.5 and Oracle 8 DB. I'm getting a field in my Main Report from a Subreport. I want to display a value zero in this field if no rows are displayed in the Subreport. I know I can write a formula somewhere to display a default in case no rows are there in Subreport but don't know...
Thanks SynapseVampire for your reply and the valuable links. I could feel that while it's easy to create Reports based on simple Stored Procedures where an IN OUT cursor in Parameters can hold the query Results and give them back to Reports, I have a very complex query and I'm already using a...
I am using CR 8.5 and Oracle 8 as the DB. I've used a complex Stored Procedure having cursor to create my Report but when I try to create my Report after giving valid Parameters, it gives an Error "There are No Fields in the File : TeleMgmt". Though when I run the Stored Procedure in Oracle, it...

Thanks IdoMillet for understanding the Problem and your Reply.I want to count the same value under different groups as distinct, I don't understand correcly what do you mean by "DistinctCount of a formula concatenating the Group Code and the field". Actually I want to Calculate the Sum of all...
I am using Crystal V 8.5 and created a Formula Field which calculates a distinct count in each Group i.e

I am using Crystal Reports 8.5 and Database is Oracle 8. I want to show Filtered out records in a Field in the Report based on a certain condition. How is that possible?
Thanks Synapsevampire for the reply. The Crystal Version I'm using is 8.5 and The Database is Oracle 8 Server. I have adequate permissions on the Database Tables and it's only some of the Fields which don't appear in the visual Expert. I'm using 5 Tables in my Report which might be the reason.
When I change my Datasource i.e open an existing Report in Production Env which I created in Testing Env, My Tables don't show up all the Fields in the Visual Linking Expert. Some of the Fields just vanish. I have already done "Set Location" and "Verify Database" to change the pointer to the new...
