EC500 stopped working after switch to 10 digit dialing
We got an area code overlay that requires 10 digit dialing for all local numbers. Went in and changed all the numbers in station mapping. When I run a trace on the call it is only sending 8 digits. Calling the cell number directly works fine. I can't find where it is stripping out the last 2...- joe7476

Call Pilot 100 can't add new subscriber mailbox
Ext 7004 used to have a vm box. One of the cards on the MICS was replaced. Not sure if it was a Trunk card or DID card. Now this ext has no vm. Call Pilot says there is no mailbox, but when I try to add it I can't change it to subscriber. It only lets me select Information. What am I doing...- joe7476
