    its fixed now, yes, the phone and TN were reset but this didnt fix the problem. I will find out what that symbol means later. Thanks

    This is a newbie question. Somehow the off hook indicator (M3904) is showing the extension is offhook, but i dont know how to hang it up. It is not the solid symbol that is normally used but is clear (just an outline of the phone). I have no idea what this means.
