    I haven't used it but there is a product that monitors GroupWise that claims to prevent e-mail problems before impacting users. It's called "Control For GroupWise" by IntelliReach (www.intellireach.com). I would take a look at their product. You can sign up for a demo.

    GWIA does not send to host directly?

    Can you ping your domain name from your desktop? How about from the server. Also check the server's resolve.cfg. Your DNS server(s) need to be entered in the resolve.cfg file so that GWIA can resolve the hosts.

    No way to do this. Although the vcard allows this, Groupwise doesn't have any fields to allow graphics so you can't do it in the current GroupWise version. Maybe in version 6?
