    Finally it's fixed! ! ! Install Service Pack 3 for Office 2000 and the problem's fixed. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;326585 Don't ask me why it has worked great for years and then all of a sudden just stopped.

    Install Service Pack 3 for Office 2000 and it takes care of this whole problem - at least for me. Why we haven't had any problems for years is beyond me. Microsoft at its finest!
