    Phaser 740 Jam at duplex unit remove duplex unit

    Has anyone found the cure for the error Jam at duplex unit remove duplex unit? Problem is that there is no duplex unit installed on this printer. I ordered the black u-shaped sensor board and installed it and still am getting the same error. Any ideas??? Thanks
