hello, wp is trying to load the entrust entelligence stuff. to get rid of the error message do this: 1. Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT. Then click OK. 2. Navigate to the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\COREL\WordPerfect\10\Third Party 3. Remove the DLL entry in the right hand window...- WoofDog
