I am running gnome under Red Hat 7.2 and currently have a resolution of 800x600 but would like to change this. How can I do this under gnome?

Every time we reboot our system, the LPR Spooler automatically puts itself into Unattended Mode. When you go into Properties and uncheck the unattended mode box print jobs will print fine. Is there anyway to stop this from happening and why is it happening?
