CISCO Support state that to fix this you should use the steps detailed above and manually install the drivers. however as many of us have found this is not the case.

I would suggest that your friend stops clicking on unsubscribe links and gets herself a copy of Mailwasher Pro instead. It bounces the mail you dont want right back at the sender so they think the address is invalid. I have reduced my spam to practically zero in the last 3 months.

Save the file to your my documents folder.
Check that the file extension on the attachment is correct, it should be filename.xls. If its not, rename it and add the extension to the end of the file name. Alternatively try right clicking on the file choose open with and then choose excel.
Just enable send as permissions on the mailbox and all you would have to do then is use the From field when sending the mail. No need to have two boxes then
How do they authenticate on the network? Do the do full authentication when connecting or do they use cached settings? Could be that the exchange server cant confirm user credentials between the PDC and client computer.
