Internet Explorer Crashes
Have you tried running the 'repair' tool? IE 6 has a built in repair tool. Go to - Control Panel - Add/Remove programs. Then scroll to Internet Explorer 6, click the Change/Remove button. This will give you the option to repair IE 6. Choose the repair option. This should repair any corrupt files...- bbradbury

Outlook Express Problem
I just checked OE 6 and if you set up a new account using '@hotmail.com', it sets the server type as http. Maybe if you run the Internet Explorer 6 repair tool it might correct this problem. If that doesn't take care of it I would re-install OE 6. BB- bbradbury

Multiple accounts in Outlook
I'm not sure which version of Outlook you're using. I am using Outlook 2002 (XP). On the menu under 'tools', go to 'e-mail accounts'. Then select the account you wish to change (edit) and in the 'user information' section change the 'Name' field to what you want to appear in the 'From' field...- bbradbury
