Nortel VPN + Windows XP
I had exactly the same problem. It didn't matter how many times I tried to reinstall the VPN, it says driver installation failed. So what I did was, I reinstalled the XP, (reinstalling does preserve the old configuration with all other application you have), it took 45 minutes and tried...- rvpadman
