If so check webfolders, any IE+5 browser can do it once installed.
Also chech the local security settings in the security tab in IE.

It's indeed a gzip file, the other extention properly means that it's a postscript file.
You can download the PS to any postscript enabled printer and like to oher are saying, you can extract tem in windows with winzip or on olmost any usnix box with the gzip program
