    I've installed the IIS lockdown tool... but what about the URL filter utility? I've installed it too and I can't seem to find where you can actually use and configure options for it?

    converting .dwg files to .pdf files

    I've also had the same problem. Here's what I do: I open the DWG file in Illustrator 9 (I don't have AutoCAD not know how to use it anyway) and save it as PDF!
