We have a few machines that are running Windows 2000. They also have Approach 97 on them. They run a database that is set up in Approach and when ever they go to print the number of copies is always 9999. The printer they are using is a HP Deskjet 1220.
The printed is hooked up through a jetdirect box and there are a few other printers exactly the same as this one that are hooked up the same way and work fine. This Printer works fine but sometimes for no reasons at all it starts to print out pages with garbage on them.
Any Ideas?
When trying to print a file in lotus 123 we get the error "The instruction at blah blah reference memory at blah blah the memory could not be written"
You hit either ok or cancel and the program crashes
