All, It turns out that the above mentioned problem is a known bug with Citrix in combination with BO 5.1.6. Citrix can't tell which clipboard has to be opened and shuts down automatically. Saving reports as spreadsheets
In version 5.1.6 reports cannot be saved directly in excel. The options you have is to copy the contents of your report into excell or to export the raw data to excell via the data manager.- lichtentrophe
