    edb.log file accidentally deleted... info store service not starting

    Did you ever get an answer on this. The same thing happened to us. Differnt Virus same result of Norton deleting the edptmp.log We tried the isinteg -patch but it said it couldn't be run because the information store wasn't started and we obviously can't start the information store.
