Hello,
I have a report that currently has 5 groups. Those groups are:
Region
Home Store
Name
Worked Store
Timecard Date & hours
Worked Store totals
Name totals
Home Store Totals
Region Totals
At the end of each break for level 2, I'd like a summary of...
Yep, sorry. I have region, department, employee and date. I have to add the date because I can have multiple types of hours in a day, like regular, sick, training, etc. So I need to sum up all the hours within a day.
I have the employee and date group headers suppressed regardless. I need...
I actually had to add a third group, so now I have region, department and date. So, the problem I have now is I need to suppress the gh1 and gh2 when the date subtotal of the detail total field is > {?hours}. When I try to use your solution substituting ({@TOTAL}, {table.DATE}, "daily") for...
The problem that I see with that is the sum of the total for that group will always have a value. For instance:
If I turned off my suppression formula in my detail section I could have:
Row 1 - 5 hours
Row 2 - 2 hours
Row 3 - 4 hours
Row 4 - 1 hour
With the suppression on for hours less...

{@TOTAL} <...
Thank both of you for your valuable suggestions.
lbass, when I use your suggestion, I can understand what you're saying, but I don't know if I'm using the group selection formula correctly.
In order to get it to work, in the group selection formula, this is what I did:
isnull...
I need to have this as my query in Crystal.
SELECT DISTINCT A.PERSONNUM, A.PERSONFULLNAME FROM VP_DTC_BASESTORE A
WHERE EMPLOYMENTSTATUS = 'Active'
AND HOMELABORLEVELNM4 = 'F'
AND A.PERSONNUM NOT IN
(SELECT DISTINCT B.PERSONNUM FROM VP_DTC_BASESTORE B
WHERE B.DATE BETWEEN fromdate AND todate)...
I am trying to create a cross-tab report that will only print data if employee data exists for 5 consecutive days. So I'm trying to use the distinctcount function with this format:
DistinctCount({table.DATE},{table.PERSONID}) => 5
I'm doing this in the selection criteria > group function...
