I have norstar m7310 phone, and I moved some phones around and everything works great besides the fact that someone has the phone of the old secretary and is now identified on the phone system under her name instead of their own. Also the voice mail password is unknown because she left without...- yakyak

Changing from m7100 -> M7310 phone
What if the first thing you get after entering the config mode is Terminals&Sets. What do you do then please reply soon. I tried to get into admin mode but the feature function code you supplied does not take on my phones: Model: M7310 norstar- yakyak
