I would format the column containg the text data to enter a zero if there is no data. Then go to the cell you want to dispaly a o for no data and a 1 for data and write an "if" statement. You do not indicate what version of Excel you are using, but this should work for most versions.

Most hyperlinks received in e/m are not connecting to the destination. These hyperlinks have worked in the past. Even hyperlinks that contain the URL address do not connect; however, a copy and paste of the address to the URL will display the page.
