An easy way to do this is to use the hWndDisplay property of the control. set this to a hWnd of a form in you app bofore playing the movie.
MMControl1.hWndDisplay = form2.hWnd
Now the movie will be displayed in form2. now you should be able to resize the form

If i get what you are trying to say .....
if you dont give an alias to the field then you can access it using oRS(0).Value or you can alias the field
SELECT MAX(nroconsulta) AS nroconsulta
But you dont need a database here. If you use a database every time you create a HTML file you have to add a record to the DB. But if you use a FSO approach you can just create the HTML file drop it in the specified folder and thats all.

You can use the FileSystemObject to enumarate all the files in a folder and also you can use it to open and read your HTML files.After that creating the link will be very easy
