    I NEED HELP...

    I have installed Colorado Backup II Ver. 6.0 and when i tried to back up my C: Windows folder , I always get this message : "the backup device reported an unrecoverable hardware error. Ref: 05-21-01-02-2D04." Im'using WIN 98SE and HP T-3000 Travan Disk Tape.
