You have hdisk0 and 4 which are hammered with redo logs. But your "paging" space is also on hdisk0.
Paging is done in round robin fashion. So anything that has heavy activity should _never_ be put on the same disk as a paging space.

unmirrorvg doesn't exist on 4.1, so I did it the old fashioned way. The system does prompt you to do a "chpv -c hdisk0" even if you do a "rmlvcopy hd5 1 hdisk0" on AIX 4.3.3 (I tested that).
