Can you run DNS with active directories?
I am trying to work out whether I can run DNS on w2k server without promoting the server to a domain controller. I deally I would like to run it as part of a workgroup. I don't (can't) connect it to the real world, but still want to be able to demo some aspects of dns. Can anyone advise? Graham- ggs

problems with win95 on a 1.2G Tbird
I have just installed win95 sr2 on a Soltek MB with a 1.2GTbird proc. The install went fine - almost, but the system failed on its final reboot. There was a protected mode error in the IOS module. I have tried replacing everything with other h/w to eliminate h/w as the source of the prob...- ggs

Using mailto: to send form data with IE5 ?
Does any one know how you can you the mailto: action to email form contents with IE5? I know it works for netscape, but everything I've read indicates that it won't work in IE. Thanks Graham- ggs
