    Tektronix Phaser 350 Error 04,006.45:715

    The maintenance guide says: 4,006.45: PC_DEV_FAULT_300DPI_CAL Calibration failure: Target Volt-Sec Area of 300 dpi could not be achieved. Check the hardware. The printhead may need to be renormalized.

    Phaser 360 Problem...?

    The maintenance guide says: 7,004.46:PM_FAULT_DM_CAM_SENSOR_BAD No transitions are observed of the drum maintenance cam sensor. The sensor may be bad or the drum maintenance cam may be jammed. Hope this helps.

    Our only Phaser 350 is showing an 07,005.47:90034 error on startup. Any clues about where to look? Thanks in advance. Richard
