Client disconnections
In our case this turned out to be because the screen saver on our Windows 2003 server was set to come on after only 10 minutes. We were able to change this from within users' sessions.- apollo12

Citrix App Time Out
Just dealt with this problem. It turned out to be the screensaver settings on our server and needed to be changed within each user's Citrix session profile.- apollo12
