thanks Geier I do not have admin rights. I have gone through the delegation setting and one of the delgations is for read/send/edit/delete and this person still can not read the mail. The person in question is named in the owners section in the person doc. -

What type of laptop is it? Is there a reset button on it, this is normally down the the left or right hand side. If there isn't a reset button, remove the battery and leave it out for 10 mins. Is there any action on your H/D LED? -
Copy Append in a Macro
I have created a macro within PC Comms, which should inlude the Copy/Append function. When the macro is run the copy append funtion is missing. What is the correct entry that should be manualy insert into the macro?
