User Can't Access Preferences in Lotus Notes
We have a user that can not access Preferences from the TOOLS button while in INBOX. The Preferences window never appears. When trying to access "Create quickRule", from TOOLS, we get a Notes error "Function is hidden". Other functins under TOOLS are O.K. We have RESET DEFAULT...
