    It sounds like you have referenced a database field in your report that isn't in the table or query that the report is trying to pull the info from. check your database query of table. Ed

    That was a nice try but it didn't work. It simply ignores everything after the first chr(13) so the only output I get is the first number in the loop. Do you have any other ideas? Thanks, Ed
