Screen Resolution
The 1600SW display will only work in optimal mode with that resolution. It was designed for that purpose only. To display 2 A4 pages side to side. You can only switch to other proprietary resolutions i think. You should check the techpubs for more info.- MixalisTheo

Irix 6.2 through cable modem/router
You need to have all the information regarding your ISP and the ip settings you get. In particular you need the Gateway IP,DNS Servers, the subnet and the ip of your machine.
