I am trying to create a new digital ext number, but whenever I type in the new available TN number the prompt 'POS' keeps appearing. Normally I would be prompted to type in the new available extension number. Can anyone help? Thanks!
Could not tell you the exact distance but it has moved down one floor. Never come across one of these before but will do some digging. Many thanks for your help.
I moved an ISDN line and now for some reason this does not work. There is a weird tone but no dial tone. Does not receive or able to make calls. This has just been re wired from one floor to another and wiring has been double checked. BT have said all OK. Any ideas on what I can try? Thanks.

This is just a standard PSTN line and is not linked to other sites.
However I have just physically moved the phone now to another location while the refit is taking place. Would still like to know if this is possible though!

Is there anyway we could route an external line through to our Call Centre. This number is not one of our DDI lines.
