    Thanks for the reply. I pull out the modem and dialogic cards, power on the system and it still same condition. Also switch position the dialogic cards. Run scandisk and defrag on this hard drive without any error. It use OS2 Warp as operating system.

I have a nortel norstar 8x24 KSU with 1 M12x0 trunk, 3 0x16 extension and 1 startalk voicemail system expansion(the old one that use 1 hard drive, 1 floppy drive and looks as a computer without monitor port). It carry 3 dialogic cards with 2 extensions ports on each one and 1 fax modem...
