Logitech Mouseware 9.75 - scrolling problems
Been fighting this (non-scrolling in VBA) problem for months! Reading this thread gave me an idea for a solution. At least, it works in my Excel and Access VBA editor in XP. I uninstalled the logitech software, but had no luck with my scolling problem. Installed the MS Intellipoint software...- Stubbs1955

Access 97 bypass key
Fixed it! Our installation of our "Competisoft" budgeting software overwrote a file in MS Office 97. It had also kept our Link Manager from recognizing where our data was stored. Finally had to install Competisoft on a separate terminal!- Stubbs1955
