hi let me suggest, since you are not familiared with the software, the media he's talking about is in the devices button, you might looking it on media button at the bottom of your screen, this is on the immediate left side of media button. hope this would help.- testbhoy

you should have remote agent for windows nt/2000 to be able to connect to your client (exchange server) install it by your master server then push to your exchange server machine. then have also veritas agent for ms exchange (so total of two agents) if you have installed backup exec 8.6 to your...- testbhoy
