    Well it looks like I may have solved the problem. in dskprobe I change the first two part types from dynamic to fat32-lba and rebooted and they are back. I have deleted the extended partion and am going to see if I can rcover it by recreating it and coping the boot section from backup.

    I am looking for a way to find out if an accout is on the server from an ASP script. We run over 250 servers and I am trying to intigate it into our ticket system so that when I bring up the users info this script will query the server and see if the account is there. Any ideas?

    Is there any way to have a asp page ask an imal server (on a different box on the network) if an accout exists. Failing that I need some way to telnet into the server and try to log in as the user and return if if it could or what error it got
