I turn the screen saver off and when the defrag is running it starts over repeatedly til U eventually get a msg saying (disk defrag has started more than 10 times a program is writing to yur disk preventing disk defrag from running.Close all programs before continuing) N.B. CDROM
When just got my computer the CDROM wud read any CD I put automatically and start right away,now I have to launch by going though the my computer icon.Is there any way I can get this feature back? I really miss it- slippers

Defrag
I have a Compaq 5204 with a 4.3GB.When i try to Defrag the C drive it takes 4ever.Can somebody help me? I/ve tried Compaq tech support.They suggested I use safe mode but that doesn/t help much.- slippers
