    Hi I'm having trouble locating the agentlink client.ini file. I've looked on the server as well as the fat client. Any hints as to where I can find it??? thanks

    RTD - resetting at wrong time

    My RTD are resetting at 7 PM. I have double checked the RTD setting and our interval is set at 12 hrs starting at 8 AM. I checked the server time and the pc time they're both the same. any thoughts???

    try and install the sybase portion seperately then do the full installation. I think there's a Nortel directive with the proper instructions. Are you installing on a Windows 2000 machine?

    I CAN"T DELETE MY FILES!!!

    Please help me!! I can't delete one of my files, when i try to, it says its being used by some other program, but i already closed everything! What should i do! I really wanna delete it since it is quite big!!
