    PHASER 560 AND TCP/IP

    I have a 560 with a phasershare card. I cannot get my computer (WIN XP PRO)to see it when I plug in the ethernet cable. I have no link lights on the phasershare card or the network adapter. I know that the adapter works and at one point the printer was working on a windows 2000 machine.
