Our Web Hosting company is hosting our Secondary Mail server. In case our link ever goes down, our mail will be stored on their server. They have configured the MX record with a higher cost. Now how to I configure Exchange 2003 to pull down this mail?
So I guess Veritas has joined the ranks and is moving support to India. And apparently they send you over to India if you don't spend big $$ on their contracts.
